The 2025 AGM and International Conference of Young Scientists will take place at the Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad, India.
The Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad (IIT Hyderabad or IITH) is a public technical university located at Kandi Village of outskirts of the Sangareddy in Sangareddy district in the Indian state of Telangana.

Accommodation
Affordable accommodation is available in guest house rooms of the IIT Hyderabad, which are located conveniently on the campus, 3 minutes walk from the venue.
Room Type: Standard Room (room with 2 single beds)
Single occupancy: 2250 INR /- plus GST (12%) per day
Double occupancy: 3000 INR /- plus GST (12%) per day
Room Type: Accessible Room (For PWD)
Single / Double: 2250 INR /- plus GST (12%) per day
Room Type: Executive Room (room with king size bed & single bed)
Single occupancy: 3000 INR /- plus GST (12%) per day
Double occupancy: 3450 INR /- plus GST (12%) per day
Triple occupancy: 3900 INR /- plus GST (12%) per day
An extra bed is possible, and will be charged with 600 INR /- plus GST (12%) per day
The charges are inclusive of breakfast. Payment can be made at the time of check-out.
Accommodation for children up to the age of 5 years is free, if staying in a room with a parent.
The guest house follows a 24 hours check-in policy, which allows you to check-in any time. The check-out will be 24 hours after check-in.
To make a booking (only if you are not applying for accommodation through co-funding) send a booking request with the subject Room Booking for GYA AGM 2025 to the Local Organizing Committee at and give the following information.
