Participation in the International Conference of Young Scientists: “Transformative and Inclusive Science for a Sustainable Future” is open to invited, registered participants. A registration link for invited guests will be published in January 2024.

Please note: The State Plaza Hotel requires all guests to present a credit card during check-in. This is also the case for rooms booked and paid by the Global Young Academy. If this won’t be possible for you, please write to by March 2024.
Hotel information for self-bookers
The Local Organising Committee has arranged a discounted price for self-bookers with the State Plaza Hotel:
- King size bed rooms (max. occupancy 2 persons) or
- Double bed rooms (max. occupancy 3 persons)
are both available at USD 299.15 (including taxes) per night (without breakfast; breakfast will be available for GYA members at the venue 7-10 May).

Please note: The State Plaza Hotel requires a credit card during check-in, even if you paid the booking in advance.
If you are a GYA member who has received a confirmation that your accommodation will be covered through co-funding, you do not need to make hotel reservations – except if you want to stay longer than the confirmed funded accommodation period.
